Tyler Cazier lives and works in Utah. From Idaho, Tyler came to college here in Utah, met his wife, and never left! He’s been in Utah since 1999. He’s living in Orem since 2003, and mostly worked in financial banking after he graduated.
When he needed to sell his house, he did it the way that made the most sense to him: for sale by owner (FSBO). While he thought he saved a ton of money, he actually left $40,000 on the table!
When he became a Realtor®, he learned how much he’d lost going his own way (even though he was a finance guy and a relatively smart homeowner). He vowed he’d never let anybody he knew make the same mistake.
Since then, Tyler’s helped people to sell or buy scores of homes. He officially became an investor two years after he became a Real Estate agent, and now owns multiple properties. He instructs people how to get started in investing as well.
He continues to build his empire from Orem, Utah where he lives with his wife and 5 girls who keep him on his toes.
